Hadera High School screening+ Q&A with Sylva Zalmanson

The Israeli high school students applauded when Prisoner of Zion Sylva Zalmanson and her daughter, filmmaker Anat Zalmanson Kuznetsov walked on stage after the screening of Anat's documentary "Operation Wedding". It was a particularly exciting evening. About 250 students stood up, cheered and whistled in honor of Sylva Zalmanson. The applause lasted for several minutes, and the excited students asked Sylva and Anat many questions, mainly interested in the many years Sylva spent in Soviet prison. In the years to come, the school's management will continue to show the film "Operation Wedding" for 9th grade students, under the theme of human rights.
